CHARITABLE DENTAL WORK

A native of the Lehigh Valley, Dr. Miller began his academic journey at Moravian University, where he graduated with honors in Biology. His passion for oral health began early, his senior thesis on Oral and Maxillofacial Cysts was published and recognized for its academic merit.
He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. During his four years there, Dr. Miller pursued advanced training through an Oral Surgical Externship at the University of Indiana and a clerkship in Periodontics, sharpening his skills in both surgical and soft tissue management.
Eager to further expand his clinical expertise, Dr. Miller completed a two-year fellowship in dental implants at the California Implant Institute. He has since cultivated a special interest in Adhesive Rehabilitation, Cosmetic Dentistry, and the innovative All-on-X full-arch reconstruction technique, which is transforming how patients experience full-mouth restorations.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Miller enjoys spending his time on the golf course, discovering new restaurants, and traveling with his wife, Abby. His love for exploration, both in dentistry and in life, drives his passion for continual learning and delivering exceptional patient care.

While his professional life spans surgical suites and humanitarian missions, Dr. Oh finds balance in mentoring other clinicians and lecturing nationally and internationally on implantology. When not operating or training doctors, he remains deeply involved with ORCAA and the Smile Back Foundation, focused on expanding access to life-changing care in Central America. His personal and professional missions are one and the same: to restore health, function, and confidence to as many lives as possible.

Most patients are surprised by how comfortable the procedure is. During treatment, the area is completely numbed, and many patients report less discomfort than they expected. After the procedure, mild soreness and swelling are normal and can typically be managed with medication and post-operative care instructions.
The timeline varies depending on your specific needs. Some patients can receive implants and temporary teeth in a single visit, while others may require several months for healing before their final restoration is placed. During your consultation, we'll create a personalized treatment timeline.
Many adults with missing teeth are good candidates for dental implants. Factors such as overall health, gum health, and jawbone density play a role. Even if you've been told you don't qualify in the past, advancements in implant dentistry may provide options that weren't previously available.
With proper care and regular dental checkups, dental implants can last for many years and often decades. Because implants are designed to function like natural tooth roots, they are one of the most durable tooth replacement options available.
Yes. Dental implants are designed to closely match the appearance of your natural teeth. Your custom restoration will be crafted to blend with your smile, helping you achieve a natural-looking result that feels secure and comfortable.
One of the biggest benefits of dental implants is the ability to enjoy many of the foods you may have been avoiding. Once your treatment is complete and healing has occurred, implants provide a strong, stable foundation that allows you to chew and eat with confidence.
Many long-term denture wearers successfully transition to implant-supported solutions. Dental implants can help eliminate common denture frustrations such as slipping, movement, and the need for adhesives while providing greater stability and comfort.
The cost of treatment depends on factors such as the number of implants needed, the condition of your oral health, and the type of restoration recommended. During your consultation, we'll review your options and discuss financing solutions that may help make treatment more affordable.
